What am I Praying For?

 What am I Praying For?

What am I praying for? “KIM!” Which is abbreviated for Keep IT Moving.

Exodus14:13 we find the children of Israel faced with an obstacle’s (the Red Sea) in front of them and Pharaoh’s army behind them as they journey toward the land that God promised. Moses had given the commandment to stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. However in verse 15 the Lord speaks to Moses and asked why are you crying out to me? Gather the people and tell them to go forward, take what you have in your hand and divide the sea so that the children of Israel may cross over on dry land.

Oftentimes, as we are on the precipice of God’s promises, we meet obstacles that God has given us the power to overcome and we find ourselves seeking God for deliverance from what He has already given us the power over. We’re waiting on God to deliver us when his promise that He has given us comes with the power to obtain it that thing as well as the deliverance sought after. In most case we are waiting on God to move on our behalf when God has given us the power, but yet He’s waiting on us to move on HIS behalf as that vessel of God we were created to be.

God has given us the promise that nothing will keep us from receiving our blessing or our breakthrough if we have the faith and believe in the Word of God and use the tools He has given us to conquer any obstacle. The scripture verifies this stating, God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind (2 Tim.1:7)! God is at work in our lives and we must trust and believe, that which he has given us to perform and create in His power will be done. So when faced with an obstacle that seems insurmountable, ask yourself this question: “what am I praying for?” See your promise, use your tools,  and “KIM!” KEEP IT MOVING!

What are you praying for?IJN Amen!
