The battle continues

Good morning,The fight between Esau and Jacob continues today, although it began in their mothers womb. Two nations were being developed through one woman. One would stand for God (Jacob)and the other for the world (Esau). Thoughts to provoke the mind beyond the natural: what might there be in your life that brings separation causing struggle within you? The struggle of these two nations fighting caused Rebekah pain as she carried them, but this was also a prophecy of what would come concerning the twins and there destiny and the world we live in today. Destiny is God designed the factors in the story show us that nothing happens by chance but all is orchestrated by the Father. Iron sharpens iron. The plans he lays out and speak are a definite all we have to do is be like Rebekah and follow the voice of the Lord rather than the stranger.

Genesis 25:22-23

John 10:

27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

In Jesus name! Amen

  1. The battle continues on with the brothers until this day. But there is another way to look at this story. We can view the story as and individual whose struggling with accepting God within them . The struggle we all face concerning the God and the bad. The internal aspect of man makes a decision based off of the strongest impulse concerning his or her choice of direction. In this case Esau relied on the physical aspect of himself daily rather the God or spiritual nature. He therefore chose to live out of the worldly view or fleshly side giving up his birth right and getting up set when the blessing was taken by Jacob. Let me hear from you. What are your thoughts on this topic?
