No gift left behind

1 Thessalonians 5:12 woke me up this morning. It’s says know those who labor amongst you, those who work hard, and reside over your soul.

It says hold these leaders in high esteem, because of there work watching and leading you spiritually.

It also goes on to say warn those who are idle, encourage those who are timid, help those weak always keeping kindness before each other. Be joyful and give thanks in all circumstances.

It then goes on to say do not put out the spirits fire or quench it, do not treat prophecies with contempt. Test everything. Hold on to the good. Avoiding evil.

Situations come in life baring no understanding at times, but one truth is that God created us all and there is a gift that he wants the world to experience through you. As we are lead by leaders to become leaders we recognize those weak in the faith, we lift them up today encouraging them with support. Giving understanding to those who have been called in business as well as ministry, we see you and acknowledge you. Some have no desire to walk in what God has given you, yet moving in gifts we see you and we’re praying for you.

We see you all and acknowledge you, not only because some of us have been there, but because the word today tells us to recognize those who labor amongst us.

We recognize, because God wants us to exploit the gifts in others, leaders are called to know there people, understand their capabilities and prepare them for the spreading of the Gospel. This applies to leaders in the work place as well, if you have volunteer missions, leaders and there people must recognize one another. The most alarming and harming issue to a ministry or business is when leaders and there followers, have know core understanding of what there gifts and mission is.

Take Nehemiah, his interest was simply in rebuilding that wall. Because he was able to lead the people, explore their gifts, the wall was completed and he was promoted from cup bearer, to builder, to governor. We continue in the mission of stirring up the gift in those around us that the Holy Ghost may spread like wild fire captivating the world.

Thank God for all our prayer warriors on the line Sunday evenings, our bible study students that diligently show up Thursday’s and those laboring over the projects that will take our ministry’s to the nation.

Yes ministry’s with a plural, is what I’m writing. “No child left behind” is the motto for schools in U.S. in our work their is “know gift of God left behind” no potential left behind, because God created you with purpose and we see your greatness in the mist and strive to appreciate and develop them. Thank you to everyone! Give the gifts around you a lift of encouragement by keeping this message moving. Blessings in Jesus name!
