Deuteronomy 29:29
29 The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may follow all the words of this law.
Secret things are spoken of in this scripture. How many of us reveal things to people that only belong to God? Examples of conversation and communications concerning our needs come to mind. Sometimes we can give the wrong people information concerning our needs and desires and find we have created trouble for our selves later in life which brings us to the understanding of why God wants a personal relationship with us. God is trying to get us to understand no one else can be truer to us nor loyal than He.
So I found something interesting that job said as I studied this morning. Many have said that God allowed Job to experience the loses he did, because he was a loyal servant? But God showed me in Job 1:5 , “Perhaps my children have sinned and cursed God in their hearts.” This was Job’s regular custom, which says job was offering sacrifice for FEAR! My my!
Who is your master and who are you really praying to?
Watching for our secret prayers and heart thoughts. As a man thinketh in his heart so is he and so does he demonstrate.
Job 1:7 The other thing is when you read further in the scripture and God ask satan where did you come from? Satan said, going to and fro in the earth. Satan is not only a spirit , but he is using and possessing the people in the earth plain. Where do we think He was cast to by God. Until a person is saved by Jesus Christ they are operating in the mind of the enemy. Get this the enemy is the God of this world we live in.
