Taking possession

Good morning, We have been discussing possessing land and the word possessing interchangeably.

Genesis 2:7 says, And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground… We want to stop right here and visit the words God formed man out of the dust of the ground. The Ground is another word for land is it not? And because it is so that ground and land evolve out of the same states, we can safely say, think, and ponder that man was created from the fragments or dust of the land. What is my point? My point is to help us all understand that when we were given power to possess the land the land of our bodies were to first be maintained through the possession of the Holy spirit. Why is this? Because without the possession of the Holy Spirit, man has little power to discipline himself of the evils that lurk within. Prime example of supernatural discipline need are in the case of the disobedient children of israel.

and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Because of the lack of discipline in their bodies they kept wondering around the mountain instead of possessing the mountain. In essence when we learn to maintain our bodies, minds, and decisions through the guidance of Holy Spirit we will then be able to take on responsibility of the mountains.
