Isaiah 56
6-8 “And as for the outsiders who now follow me,
working for me, loving my name,
and wanting to be my servants—
All who keep Sabbath and don’t defile it,
holding fast to my covenant—
I’ll bring them to my holy mountain
and give them joy in my house of prayer.
The Lord is saying He is accepting outsiders, those who have been damaged and mishandled. In the scripture He says if you follow me and love my name He will allow those who follow to come up into the Holy Mountain where they will experience true worship and prayer.
Many have experienced worship and prayer outside of themselves, but have not experience the true worship of entering into the presence of the Lord through meditation. We have scriptures that tell us to meditate on these things where the Lord is directing us on how to obtain successful lifestyles like in Joshua 1:7-9 and scriptures that tell us create in me a clean heart and renew the right spirit in me from psalm 51:10 which are leading us to examine our heart. But how can we change anything in our lives or heart unless we go within?
If Jesus tells us through the words he speaks to the woman at the Well that true worship is in spirit and truth the possibilities of true worship happens when exercising the presence of God.
Read and meditate on John 4: 23 But a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father is seeking such as these to worship Him. 24God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship Him IN spirit and IN truth.”
