Powerful!!!Isaiah 59: 1-2 “Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:”
2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.
God is not deaf nor is He blind. Isaiah is prophesying to the people letting them know that there is a need of repentance. He’s telling the people it is your sin, your mistakes and wrong choices that has caused the Father not to hear you.
When a parent tells a child who is disobedient over and over not to do something that’s causing them to be punished the parent will eventually become silent to the child when the child explains what’s happened. This is the scenario Isaiah is telling us regarding God and His children.
We pray for our eyes and hearts to be opened today Lord. That sin would have know reign in our lives because of the perfection of Christ that lives within us. We pray for the perseverance of The Lord, and that the Lord would preserve us for Godliness is our lot. We confess our sins and go to sin no more. Thank God we live now and move having being and residence inChrist Jesus forever more! The blood seal our prayer and keep the word of the Lord before us forever more! Amen!
