Life gives challenges to turn them into good

Good morning,

, As I was ministering to a friend today, I was reflecting on things that I have been through. Hardships, disappointment, loss of job, reposession, betrayal, divorce, financial struggles, depression….and more. During one of these trials I was crying and asking why? Why was God allowing this to happen to me? I remember being told that God had given me cautions & warning signs that I didn’t heed to. I didn’t consult with God fully or when I did, I still went with what I thought was best, knowing full well that He sees all things, but still being stubbornly hopeful that my outcome would be just as beneficial. I was afraid to submit to His will and kept going with mine. And I failed every time. You would think I would learn, right? 😂 I also remember being told that what I was going through would later be my testimony, to help someone else through the same (or similar) struggle. And the selfish part of me thought that was so unfair! I didn’t understand when I was going through everything, just how powerful a testimony can be to someone that needs help and guidance and prayer. Someone who desperately needs God in their life. This line of thought made me realize how important it is to lead by example and to be mindful of our actions, so that we don’t cause others to stumble in their walk to Christ.
Philippians 4:9 NIV

Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me–put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
1 Corinthians 11:1 NIV

Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.

Amen

In you is where I want to be

Dwelling in the house of the Lord…The House where you live oh Lord is where I want to be. Safely tucked away in the sanctuary of life with you I’ve found to be a hi-light! The place where you dwell oh lord is filled with your majesty, it’s mystifying that’s what it is I’m in your glory… I love your presence, it fills me when I’m low with more of you ; you are the peace, love, joy and happiness I experience Oh Lord thank you that I can come here and become more like you. I’m refreshed as I enter to continue on the journey that’s set before me. My God there is nothing like your presence … It is humbling yet illuminating, energizing, inspiring with you is were I want to be. In your presence all habits of the ego and issues in my tissues are resolved. Sickness, poverty and dis-ease must bow down. I will say it again Lord with a smile Your presence is a dwelling place to  experience holiness, in you is where I want to be! Psalm 26:8-9

The week has ended!

www.innerfaith.com

After all the running and daily activities we’ve done through this week no need to allow those things to attach themselves to us.If it was pain from disappointment, sickness or shame. If you hurt someone or someone hurt you the cross is there to let it go. Letting go allows us to run on a little while longer, because we’ve let go of the weighty matters of life.

Read Hebrews 12 1-3

12 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
Blessing and refreshing for the week has ended. You made it to the weekend!

Jesus is above all things, look up!
