Closer
Many of us make time for various relationships in our lives. We put forth the time, social activity, and the late night communications. We even check in on various people in our circles from day to day. Could this be because we can physically see and hear these individuals? Some of us spend hours on social media stalking relationships that don’t even add any productivity to our lives. Why not stalk God his word, his music, his attitude. Clearly the world has time between snapchat, Facebook, twitter, Instagram and any other social media outlet. 


Our relationship with God is like any other relationship requirement if not more. Time & effort is required to maintain a good healthy relationship. We are secured by God’s grace and his promises and yet the only requirement relationally is that we draw closer to God. That we allow the ability to enhance and evolve our relationship to another level. We tend to treat God like that fair weather friend or access as needed. Relationships require work and a development of selflessness. You might actually think you are closer to God but the physical beings that you can see and hear on a day to day basis… Quite possibly are distracting you from the first relationship priority of the day. If you are not married and/or single then truly enough you have even more time to go higher in God. If you are married never forget who is the head of your life. It takes 30 days to make and break habits.


Let’s develop a closer habit to God. Some profess and even pray but still not remotely close as we all need to be. Let’s start today to truly make God the leader of our lives. People say they live for God but are unwilling to truly sacrifice. What have you given up for God to exemplify Christ in your life today? Can you imagine the changes you could see in your life in 30, 60, and 90 or even a year from now by simply drawing closer but more importantly don’t forget the passion. #Got God?

Dis-tractions distract 

Nehemiah 6:19Also they spoke of his good deeds in my presence and reported my words to him. And Tobiah sent letters to make me afraid.

This chapter is very good for those experiencing distractions, to read this with discernment in the Holy Spirit, one would begin to see themselves wasting time going back and forth answering or adhering to distractions when God sent you to build or do a certain thing. The primary call of our existence is to remember our God given nature and perform it. It is not primary that we live as humans, human nature is second cause. Stay on the wall building don’t give up on the visions and dreams Gods given you to manifest!

Prayer

And now, Lord, our Father, let your word that you promised your servants come true. As your people have been praying allow your promises you spoke to be released.

God, give attention to your servant’s prayer and his plea for mercy. Hear the cry and the prayer that your servants have been praying in your presence. 20 May your eyes be open toward this temple (body) day and night, this place of which you said you would put your Name. May you hear the prayer your servant prays toward this place. Hear the supplications of your servant and of your people.  Hear the prayers of the lost the sick, impoverished and those homeless father. Give your servants hearts to discern and ears to hear the cries of you people. That they may go out amongst the land and lead them back to this place of worship and praise, the place you have created as a safe heaven to reconcile and rehabilitate. Hear from heaven, your dwelling place; and when you hear, forgive and bless God our Father. Release your spirit of evangelism in your people through the Holy Spirit within now. Anoint us all to walk in your power and authority for this the season your calling your lost sheep back to you. In Jesus name we ask and it is so Amen!

Solution solves the problem

Food for thought—
Every problem has a solution. Problems are like boy and girl hoping for the right mate. The problem gets lonely without its mate (solution). Problem without solution begins to stir up trouble only because and idle mind is the devils work shop. Without the answer to the problem or even acknowledging there’s a problem we run the risk of feeling unfulfilled, void having half the answers to the matters that concerns us. Put your mind in heart in the word of God and turn your plate down if at all possible and call on the Holy Ghost and know one else. The answer will come through committed prayer, God is a God of revelation and wisdom at the appointed time for release.
