Father we thank you,
For the spiritual government you’ve set over the world. We thank you for the angelic host who assist and protect our leaders as they look to you for the word and resources to keep your sheep spiritually strengthen and fed.
We lift up the Bishops, Apostles, Pastors, Evangelist, Prophets, and Teachers all over the world to you Father. We ask you to order their steps and hearts in you and in your word continuously, let no sin or iniquity cause their feet to slide. We thank you God for these covenant keeping men and women as you are God the creator of the covenant, keeping your word toward your servants. We thank you for the heart of servanthood within every Leaders you have called and elected as well as the Authority they execute in prayer, training of disciples, and stewardship over the missions you give them. We bind up any assignments, unethical prayers, and thoughts the enemy has plotted and schemed against these men and women of valor. We bind up distraction and confusion in the heavens and in the earth that hinder them from their work and assignments. Anyone one that has been planted in the ministries, with satanic works, intentions, or evil deeds, to hinder the progress of your ministry, we ask you Father by your power and might deliver them from the satanic powers that would be or remove them from the ministries now in the name of Jesus. Your words says, no weapon formed against your servants shall prosper and every tongue that rises against your servants shall be refuted, for this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord.
We plead the blood of Jesus over your servants of God and their Ministries. Give them all sustainable hearts Lord at all times, to face challenges that rise, through the blood of Jesus, prayer, and right strategies from the Holy Spirit to make the right decisions concerning the vision you have given them. Bring in times of refreshing to restore them allowing the anointing in their lives to grow destroying the yoke of the enemy. Allow the anointing to flow in the services freely from mans interruption that your Glory may reign changing lives and experiences as well as saving souls.
Give these leaders appointed by you the ability to prove faithful with the things you have entrusted to them through the power of unconditional love and compassion flowing through them at all times. Continuously teach and lead them in your ways so that they will always remember your will for their lives and the vision for the Kingdom in, which they were called. Allow your mercy and grace to continue to empower them and bless them in all they put their minds and hands to do. Keep them open and receptive to your word, set a watch over them and their families that the angels will walk with them guarding them at all times, that no hurt, harm, nor danger will befall them. Fortify them continuously just as the trees planted by the river of water are nourished. We thank you that these men and women of God are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus and they’re blessed in the city coming and going. And for their deligient service to you and your sheep, Lord no good thing shall be with held from them. These mighty mighty men and women of valor are blessed in the city and blessed in the field, everything that they think of is blessed!!! Lord open the windows of heaven and bless them all!! In Jesus Name! Amen!

Enemy plans his demise
Preparation can cause separation, but at the appointed time it will bring you into elevation
And who knows, but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14
God is always so timely with whatever He is preparing us for. When reading the book of Esther we find Esther being chosen out of many young women in her town to be a selectee for the King Xerxes.
Fast forwarding finding that Esther was prepared for the time many recall the words” A time such as this” we find the discussion of her true purpose coming forth which was to save her people. We also find that the very enemy that was planning to kill Esther’s uncle Mordecai who prepared her up until the day of her selection for the King being threaten for his life by Haman along with the Jews, and a secret betrayal concerning the King. But one up on the enemies of our life, because God had a plan! This very enemy sat before Queen Esther and the King’s very face not realizing Esther and Mordecai knew his dealings and the betrayal and death he plotted would become his own night mare!
My thought for you today is what have you been in preparation for? Do you not know your value is that of royalty? Your King (Jesus) died on a cross to avail you the life of abundance coming up against every dark force through out the universe for you to the winner intended! Have you the patience (fruit of the spirit) and where withal to understand Gods timing is timeless and there is nothing to hard for our God? The very thing the enemy intends for you is what God is working to turn around for you in the back ground. Read Chapter 7 of Esther but more over look at this passage concerning Haman’s fate who was the enemy exposed. Esther 7:6-10
King Xerxes asked Queen Esther, “Who is he? Where is he—the man who has dared to do such a thing?” The enemy is exposed!
Esther said, “An adversary and enemy! This vile Haman!”
Then Haman was terrified before the king and queen. The king got up in a rage, left his wine and went out into the palace garden. But Haman, realizing that the king had already decided his fate, stayed behind to beg Queen Esther for his life.
Just as the king returned from the palace garden to the banquet hall, Haman was falling on the couch where Esther was reclining.
The king exclaimed, “Will he even molest the queen while she is with me in the house?”
As soon as the word left the king’s mouth, they covered Haman’s face. Then Harbona, one of the eunuchs attending the king, said, “A pole reaching to a height of fifty cubits stands by Haman’s house. He had it set up for Mordecai, who spoke up to help the king.”
The king said, “Impale him on it!” So they impaled Haman on the pole he had set up for Mordecai. Then the king’s fury subsided.
Don’t you know whatever your going through God has not forgotten you? Through all of time and eternity your birthing was being strategically planned and it was for such a time as this Esther 4:14. A time of overcoming and a time planned for your good and not your harm as Jeremiah 29:11 speaks of! Whatever it may be keep the faith and never give up because your faith is excelling you to a time to meet the King on new levels where your breakthrough lies and no devil in hell can stop the work of the Lord! Amen In Jesus Name.
Who would have known a common girl Named Esther, being orphaned would be purposed to become the Queen of Persia and be used to save her people?

I grew up as a very, painfully shy child. I never had the nerve to speak up for myself. But the strange fact is I would speak up for someone else being mistreated or teased but never had the courage to do the same for my self.
I am the second oldest of my mother’s children and the oldest girl. This position in itself you would think would have given me all i needed to be an extrovert. But did not .
My mother tried her best to get me out of my self, first enrolling me in Brownie Scouts ( yes they existed even back then) buying a piano and sending me for lessons , to which my end results are ” I can’t play dead”.
But when I look back at my reaction to how people treated me when they realized that I was shy, it really amaze me.
Every two weeks my mother would send me to have my hair done at a local hair stylist (then beauty shop) I went to the same lady each time. I begin to realize each week the water would get hotter and hotter ( now I am a fan of hot water) until it got so hot that I finally had to tell her it was too hot, now her hands were in the same water so I realize that she was feeling the heat but was seeing how long it would take me to say uncle because I would not talk.

As a young person I have experienced this on many levels but mostly from my own people.
Because I have always carried myself in a way that showed I had respect for who and what I was, most people outside of my community thought and still do that I am an educator. Most of the people I met in the business world after I turn 21 gave me respect because I gave it to them first.
I think it was in my latter thirties before I really came out of the “I am an introvert” closet but when I did I did it with force.
I now let people know that you can not talk to me or treat me any other way then that which I treat you, I expect respect because I always bring respect. I don’t rise my voice if this is not the case, I simply state facts.
The funniest thing to me is that people who know me now find it impossible to believe that I was ever shy. When I first met people I may sit back and observe, feel them out to see if this is someone I want to include in my life. After 2 or 3 conversation I can tell if it is a go or no unless this person has the best acting skills I have ever seen and in that case when the truth person come out you either drop them like a hot potato or ease out of the relationship. My children, family, friends, acquaintances, church members, know that I will stand up and speak up for what I believe in. I treat people as I expect to be treated. I may be stern at times, goofy, a bit louder than necessary ( I can’t whisper), forget to do something, stubborn, cranky (I try to keep my crazy at my house) or as my daughter in law says “do everything as if it’s my last day (and it very well could be).
At this point, my life is great, my God is greater. I don’t have a large house, a luxury car, a doctorate degree but I am happy. I have a family whom I love and love me, grand children whom are the loves of my life, a husband who I love and who lets me live my life to the fullest, friends who I share good times with, a church I am at peace in, a pastor I adore (he is like my 4th son) and just all around “I am blessed.
I started this on one subject and ended on another to make the point that it does not matter how you start out in life if you make a conscious effort you can change this to be the person you wish to be. Strive for the best you possible. I came out of the closet (introvert closet) and came out with a vengeance. Just saying!

Moments of motivation and inspiration
Gratefulness is the key, people and things are not created to make us grateful nor happy. Theses feeling I speak of come through pure gratitude for a second third and fourth chance to get life right. My life being right before God is the first accomplishment I was sent to make happen. I can then help others to get theirs right. But what can we do when were faking being righteous condemning and breaking others with words? Walking in pride and control, yes I’ve been this. But no longer will I allow the devil within kill anyone else with words that demise.
Were builders and healers. We are not created to steal and kill. The season will come when you may experience what I did when you choose to stay as you are hiding behind deception and lies. Transformation is in the air… God is reaching for you but you must reach back letting your past goooo and the antagonizing emotions as well.
