Reading Servant of the Servant I found myself relating to Joshua, because I have always been a dreamer. I can relate to him having told his brothers about the dream that changed his life. All through my childhood I would dream of things to come. I would talk to family members out of sheer wonder and find some accepting and some telling me I was crazy. Like Josephs siblings my sister and brother betrayed me and sold me out.
However, the rejection and denials of my dreamer experiences would not bother me until later in my life. I think as a child it’s easier to accept your having different experiences than others, because of the child like thinking. As I moved into the latter years I begin to experience more rejection, isolation, and ridicule, because I had a different perspective regarding the word of God. I would find solace accepting I was peculiar as Titus 2:14 says, Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
What characteristics and experiences do you see in yourself and life that resemble Joseph. Characteristics that stand out regarding Joseph and myself are being resilient during setbacks, because the setbacks have been numerous. The setbacks however, have taught me forgiveness because of unfailing love for the Father (P26). From the Fathers perspective, I begin to see people are hurting, which in most cases is why jealousy in the heart allowing betrayal to rise in a loved one occurs. My point is with a heart like Christ we begin to ask God to pardon our enemies sin toward us asking God as Jesus, “Forgive them for they know not what they do.”
It’s not easy going through repeated setbacks, nor rejection at all, but when you see and believe the purpose of God in your life, your faith in the promise kicks in. I believe Joseph believed God and stood steadfast through the power of his spirit man. Often when I read the Biblical text of Joseph’s pit experience humility and focus he displayed encourages me to press forward toward the high mark in Christ.
Isolation was a part of Joseph life, which will call the individual with similarities to Joseph walk to quiet time with God. Through isolation we’re able to get a clear understanding on hearing from God if we recognize and take the time with God serious. Isolation sharpens the gifts within us like Joseph in prison practicing patience until his prevailing day comes. I am sure he had much time to pray while imprisoned, which gave him time with the Lord also strengthening his inner faith and relationship with God. Inevitably, Joseph has divine favor on his life and him being a covenant keeper moves him through the challenges that came his way (P23).
I want to be faithful like Joseph as well as Debra in my calling, distributing unwavering integrity and faithfulness. I would also like to display the strength and humility Joseph walked in, looking over temptation as he did with Potiphar’s wife (P25).

Higher Way or High way!

The straight and narrow is what He requires of us, yes it is… But in order to claim the straight and narrow we are to put our minds on HIGHER thinking which originates in the word of God who is our creator.

 Praying for Divine Order at all times for ourselves, family, friends, and children. Using straight and narrow thinking or even HIGHER way thinking and words means eventually the body and mind will catch up and follow suit. Rehearsal and acknowledgment is needed to say,Lord I realize my deeds and decisions have brought me misfortunes, but you and your breath are yet with me reminding me that your promise of fortune has not left me and so I thank you that all is not in vain.
My acts as a creature have left me to act irresponsible and un-disciplined.
Lack of control and mischievous deeds have also rewarded my family accordingly, leaving no representation of you nor light for myself and others to see.
“Creations they light up the way
like the Sun, the moon, and the stars
They follow the plan of God
becoming a product of His way;
His way is universal there is no escaping, yes there is truly a pattern and plan which gives us principles and morals providing value to what we do and say.
After going through much suffering
and hardship we make the decision to yield our
minds and bodies to the all-knowing source,
who is Alpha and Omega which opens the door of our minds to Glorious days.
Creations lay down their will and their way to experience the truth, which is the path to higher thinking that most people want to escape.
Higher thinking was formulated when God spoke, let there be light.
Light was spoken to bring illumination to
areas the creation would experience, whatever dark areas revealed we would simply cling to the Masters revelation, such as let there be, declare the need, feel the presence releasing to us,along with living the commandments, which were given through a resource who went to a Higher level to receive the information.”
God knew that the creature would need to change or transform his or her character, personality, and being. The word itself would begin the process of regeneration. It would naturally redeem man in His or her thoughts beginning the new birth process that delivers the creature and reshapes him into Gods greatest creation.

Looking deeper at Luke 11: 14

14 And He was casting out a demon, and it was mute. So it was, when the demon had gone out, that the mute spoke; and the multitudes marveled. Pay close attention to the type of prayers and the deliverance presented here.
The scripture says, Jesus was casting out a demon and the demon was referred to as mute. Mute had oppressed the individuals spirit for sometime, but because Jesus came exercising the power and authority given to Him through the Father the demon was cast out of the person who had been held captive releasing him to speak. Many would immediately think that this was and a mute as in a person born with the effects of disability and it very well could have been.  But let’s look at the society we live in and relate to the spirit of mute resting on people in ways whereas satan wants to silence them from praying and worshipping God. Many people have been silenced by mute through discouraging situations. The pressure of life has weighed so heavily on them that they become numb, felling as if they have no joy, losing hope and fainting in faith.  We must be reminded that our hope and faith will always be attacked when God is creating a miracle for us to testify about. However, mute will often call other demon friends like lack, confusion, or sickness to enforce its power over individuals, to help with added bondage if he is allowed visitation or attachment for a significant amount of time in or near the person’s body, which is why prayer is so vital to the unbelievers, believers and the body of Christ.
  Prayer is our ability to plug into our power source where we receive the bread of life and communion through Jesus Christ. Born again believers are to use the gift of tongues as much as possible,  because it strengthens the inner man against attacks as well as enforcing them during warfare that their walking through. Anyone not born again is encouraged to receive the born again experience because the empowerment of the Holy Spirit reveals itself through the experience. Of course receiving Jesus as your savior is needed for those who haven’t given their lives to Christ  Romans 10:9-10.
Moving forward anyone who finds themselves in a mute or silenced position whereas they cannot pray, should reach out to prayer partners and the elders of the Church. Deliverance prayers in this case are exercised binding and losing the works of the enemy. Scriptures to help us think beyond discouragement are Phil 4:8 as well which says, Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—THINK about such things. Joshua 1:8 says, meditate on these things and you will have good success. Meditating on the name of Jesus begins divine alignment and order to our thinking which breaks the  yoke of resistance.
  Our thoughts have much to do with opening the doors to the powers of darkness as well as shutting the doors on these powers, as a man thinks in his heart. Shutting the door happens through righteous thinking and using the word of God as if we live and breathe it. Shutting the doors take place through binding and loosing, Matthew 18:18-19 I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.   I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.…These words substantiate the keys of faith given for prayer along with the need for two or three to agree solidifying the prayer prayed to be a done deal. Jesus and the person bound agreed coupling their faith and liberation was the result. One more scripture to help the mind understand that without our consent nothing can hold us captive, Isaiah 26:3 You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you, meaning we trust in God. Amen!
