Leadership wisdom when working and witnessing to people

     Team work makes dreams work we often confess in our office. We all believe in Christ but there are a few that gave us the ability to witness to them watching the fruition of the word manifest. The other thing we must be mindful of when witnessing is identifying those who are devils! That’s right because in every good work there will be a devil planted in the camp, who is sent to sabotage the plans of the Father. Even Jesus had a devil in His camp.

    Read: Then Jesus replied, “Have I not chosen you, the Twelve? Yet one of you is a devil!”John 6:70. The first time this word came alive to me I said wait a minute why would Jesus allow the devil to be in his mist? Then the answer came to fulfill the prophecy. The victory is among you, but in the case of recognizing a betrayal situation we must be prayed up enough to know if were dealing with Deliah, Jezebel,  Haman, or Judas.
     In our mission we need to have the practice of our ministry to first approach the Holy spirit for wisdom, because of the betrayal spirit as well as the spirit of false burdens that come to attach itself to leaders. David made inquiring of God a practice of his, because he depended on the Lord for the answers not himself. By praying about all things even witnessing we find ourselves in line with the will of God but also covered from the rebellious and resistant nature of and individual who might possess a satanic spirit.

Food for thought, because we are told through the word that all will not be with Christ in eternity, because they believe not in their hearts  we as Christian Leaders must accept what we’re working with.

    Christ tells the Jews and religious men, John 6:43 Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are  dead. But those who eat my body will rise with me in the last day John 6:50. My point is the word confirms we need to be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove when fishing to avoid pit falls.

     Samson was chosen of the Lord, but he did not recognize Delilah as a person planted by Satan, which cost him to fall in lue of his mission to overcome the Philistines. While there is a sexual connotation added to the situation Samson experienced we can still use Samson situation to understand the device of Satan and the need to pray about people were fishing for regarding salvation (Howell, 2003, P60). Getting back to the point,  teams are unified by the spirit of God when their hearts and minds jointly fit like the body of Christ explains. Teams recognize the enemy in their camp and teams stand together against the enemies plan to conquer and divide Gods plan!

Enemy plans his demise

Preparation can cause separation, but at the appointed time it will bring you into elevation
And who knows, but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14

God is always so timely with whatever He is preparing us for. When reading the book of Esther we find Esther being chosen out of many young women in her town to be a selectee for the King Xerxes.
Fast forwarding finding that Esther was prepared for the time many recall the words” A time such as this” we find the discussion of her true purpose coming forth which was to save her people. We also find that the very enemy that was planning to kill Esther’s uncle Mordecai who prepared her up until the day of her selection for the King being threaten for his life by Haman along with the Jews, and a secret betrayal concerning the King. But one up on the enemies of our life, because God had a plan! This very enemy sat before Queen Esther and the King’s very face not realizing Esther and Mordecai knew his dealings and the betrayal and death he plotted would become his own night mare!

My thought for you today is what have you been in preparation for? Do you not know your value is that of royalty? Your King (Jesus) died on a cross to avail you the life of abundance coming up against every dark force through out the universe for you to the winner intended! Have you the patience (fruit of the spirit) and where withal to understand Gods timing is timeless and there is nothing to hard for our God? The very thing the enemy intends for you is what God is working to turn around for you in the back ground. Read Chapter 7 of Esther but more over look at this passage concerning Haman’s fate who was the enemy exposed. Esther 7:6-10
King Xerxes asked Queen Esther, “Who is he? Where is he—the man who has dared to do such a thing?” The enemy is exposed!
Esther said, “An adversary and enemy! This vile Haman!”
Then Haman was terrified before the king and queen. The king got up in a rage, left his wine and went out into the palace garden. But Haman, realizing that the king had already decided his fate, stayed behind to beg Queen Esther for his life.
Just as the king returned from the palace garden to the banquet hall, Haman was falling on the couch where Esther was reclining.
The king exclaimed, “Will he even molest the queen while she is with me in the house?”
As soon as the word left the king’s mouth, they covered Haman’s face. Then Harbona, one of the eunuchs attending the king, said, “A pole reaching to a height of fifty cubits stands by Haman’s house. He had it set up for Mordecai, who spoke up to help the king.”
The king said, “Impale him on it!” So they impaled Haman on the pole he had set up for Mordecai. Then the king’s fury subsided.
Don’t you know whatever your going through God has not forgotten you? Through all of time and eternity your birthing was being strategically planned and it was for such a time as this Esther 4:14. A time of overcoming and a time planned for your good and not your harm as Jeremiah 29:11 speaks of! Whatever it may be keep the faith and never give up because your faith is excelling you to a time to meet the King on new levels where your breakthrough lies and no devil in hell can stop the work of the Lord! Amen In Jesus Name.

Who would have known a common girl Named Esther, being orphaned would be purposed to become the Queen of Persia and be used to save her people?
